The placing of an order through the e-shop constitutes the conclusion of a distance sales contract regulated by the legislative framework of Law 2251/1994, as amended. You can place a valid order through the e-shop if you are legally competent in compliance with the articles of the Greek Civil Code, (as long as you have completed the eighteenth year of your age and you are not in judicial custody regarding the conclusion of a sales contract). E. SHIPPING METHOD - TIME - COST
The products are delivered in Greece through the company Elta Courier or Geniki Tahidromiki within 2-3 working days within Greece from the moment of sending the products.
In hard-to-reach areas, the delivery time may be up to 5 days.
The products are delivered in other countries through the company DHL within 3-5 working days from the moment of sending the products.
What is the shipping cost?
- For shipments weighing up to 2kg in Attica the cost is €2.00. In case the weight exceeds 2kg, the charge amounts to 1€ per extra kilo.
- For shipments weighing up to 2kg in the rest of Greece the cost is €2.00. In case the weight exceeds 2kg, the charge amounts to 1€ per extra kilo.

F. CONSUMER RIGHTS
WITHDRAWAL / RETURN
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without giving any explanation.
The withdrawal period expires 14 calendar days from the day following the day on which you acquired or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquired physical possession of the goods.
In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform our company, which is based at 10 Riga Fereou street, Keratea 19001 (email: info@photo-fantasia.gr) γof your decision to withdraw from this contract with a clear statement (eg a letter sent by email). You can use the sample (PDF) withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.
The right of withdrawal provided for in articles 3e to 3k of Law 2251/1994 does not apply a) to the supply of goods that can be damaged or expire soon.
In order to meet the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send your statement of exercise of your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires. The products purchased must be returned in their original condition accompanied by the relevant document (receipt - invoice) of sale.
If the purchase was made with a credit/debit card, the transaction will be canceled and the consumer's account updated (credited) within 20-30 calendar days.

Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund to you the money we received from you for the cost of the products, excluding delivery costs or other additional costs due to your choice of delivery method or payment method (cash on delivery). with additional costs, without undue delay and in any case within 20-30 calendar days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will process the above refund using the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not be charged for such refund. In the case of cash on delivery, you must tell us the account to which you want the deposit to be made. "We reserve the right to delay the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have sent back the goods, whichever occurs first." You must send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event within 14 calendar days of the day on which you tell us that you are withdrawing from this contract. DETAILED RETURN GUIDE

NOTE: All products returned to the company's warehouses are subject to in meticulous quality control.

Force majeure: If for reasons of force majeure (e.g. bad weather conditions, strikes, etc.) it is not possible to deliver the products to you within the predetermined time, we will inform you via e-mail, so that you can inform us if you wish, under these conditions conditions, the completion of your order. The company bears no responsibility for any situation outside of its fault and will do everything humanly possible to serve you better.
